Tactix Hires Top Suburban Leasing Agent, Cat Bianco

Cat Bianco has joined Tactix Real Estate Advisors as a tenant broker/advisor for their suburban office team.  Prior to joining Tactix, Cat worked as a Director of Leasing for Workspace Property Trust, a private suburban office landlord and developer.  She had held the same position at Liberty Property Trust before they sold their suburban office portfolio to Workspace in 2016.  Cat has extensive knowledge of the western Philadelphia suburbs including Exton, Great Valley and Wayne submarkets where she was responsible for managing over 2.2 million SF of assets.

“While I loved the work I was doing and the companies I worked for, after 17 years on the landlord side of the negotiating table, I really wanted to bring my insider’s knowledge and experience to the tenant side.  Once I decided to make that switch, I knew the brokerage firm I wanted to join.  I had the benefit of being on the opposite side of the table from every brokerage firm in the region over the past two decades and Tactix always stood out to me.  I could really see the benefits of their tenant-only focus and their passion for tenant advocacy.”

Ryan Conner, a principal of Tactix, said that Cat was always on their radar as the dream candidate.  “We have loved working with Cat over the years and have always been impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and tenacity.  Her addition really bolsters our suburban practice which has been a growing part of our business.”  According to Glenn Blumenfeld, another principal of Tactix, “Cat knows how landlords think, how they underwrite deals and what their hot buttons are. Being able to deploy that kind of knowledge and experience in a tenant-only platform will be incredibly valuable for our clients.  We are thrilled to have Cat on our team.”
