We are experts in build-to-suit transactions, having structured millions of square feet of projects around the United States. We work with our clients to select the best location, design and construction team and governmental incentives professionals to achieve their business objectives.
We act as your outsourced real estate department to ensure a smooth transaction. We work with outside professionals, such as design professionals, engineers, contractors, projects managers, surveyors and others, to uncover and analyze multiple alternatives so our clients can make the best informed decision.
Each client is unique and has specific operational and financial objectives. As a result, traditional solutions such as operating leases or outright acquisitions don’t always work for every one. We have structured numerous sale/leaseback, credit tenant lease and other off-balance sheet transactions to achieve our client’s financial and reporting objectives.

To ensure that landlords comply with the requirements of these lease provisions, and our clients are not overcharged, we built a sophisticated lease audit practice.
Acquisitions & Dispositions
When it makes sense for a client to own a strategic asset or a client needs to dispose of excess real estate, we can help with that too. We prepare comprehensive “lease versus own” and “keep versus dispose of” financial analyses so that our clients can make informed decisions about the best way to consume real estate. We then structure and execute sale and disposition transactions that best support the client’s business.
