Heraeus, a German technology company, signed a long-term renewal on 16,301 square feet at Makefield Crossing in Yardley. The company has been at the complex since 2016 and shrank by about 3,000 square feet. Ryan Conner and Gary Lozoff of Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented Heraeus and Mike MacCrory an Doug Newbert of JLL represented Rubenstein Partners, the landlord.
